Do you ever wonder where all these metal objects in your surrounding come from? A cool word to learn about today is alloy carbon. At Jinfengda, we have advanced foundry forge plant to process metal into a lot of useful and beautiful things.
W hen you enter our foundry forge plant, you will see large heaps of raw materials like iron, steel and aluminum. These substances might not seem so special at first, but under fire and inside machines, we can turn them into shiny and strong stuff. It’s akin to watching a magic trick, except the magician isn’t present: It’s amazing specialists and incredible machines doing the trick.

So, let's show you now what is happening inside a Foundry forge plant. The raw materials are first melted in the furnace. The superhot heat transforms the solid metal into a liquid one, so that it can be shaped. The melted metal is then poured into molds to create the shape we want. Once the metal is cooled and has hardened, it is removed from the molds and cleaned of any debris. Finally, end products are polished and inspected for quality.

Metalworking isn’t just about melting metal and filling up molds. It’s a delicate and unique art that requires practice, patience, and a bit of creativity. Our experienced craftsmen apply various tools and techniques to mould the metal forming attractive designs. Whether they are making ordinary (and extraordinary) tools or fancy sculptures, each item is carefully crafted. It’s like watching a master artist at work, only instead of paint, they are wielding metal.

Fire and machines are the team that allow to work our best quality ferro chrome. The furnace is analogous to the heart because it gives heat and energy to melt the metal. Our machines are also hands that mold the metal into its form. Collectively, they work in perfect harmony to transform raw materials into finally. It’s a great combination of fire and steel that we are always astonishing ourselves with.
Our 120,000-square-meter factory is equipped with 26,300KVA alloy refining electric furnaces and 8 intermediate frequency furnaces, ensuring robust production capabilities for a variety of metallurgical products including Ferro Silicon and Low Carbon Ferro Chrome.
